Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (credit or debit). You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Shop. Basically, if it's a legit way to pay for stuff online, we probably take it.
Will I get tracking information?
Absolutely! We'll send you tracking info as soon as your package hits the road. Then you can obsessively refresh the tracking page like the rest of us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you hit that "buy" button, we get to work pretty fast, so we can't make changes to your order (address, items, payment method, shipping speed, etc.). But hey, if something's not right when your gear arrives, our returns are free and easy. We'll get you sorted with a full refund, no problem.
What if I forgot to use my discount code?
Oof, we've all been there. Unfortunately, we can't apply it after the fact, but you can definitely use it on your next order!
Can I add something to my existing order?
Not to an order that's already placed, but you can always start a new order with that extra item. Think of it as round two.
Can I pay with a gift card?
Yep! Gift cards purchased on pickleballdesign.co can be used on pickleballdesign.co. Pretty straightforward.
How do I buy a gift card?
Just head to Gift Cards and grab one! Perfect for that pickleball-obsessed friend who already has everything (or so they think).
Shipping & Tracking
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep! Orders over $75 ship free. Because we're nice like that.
When will my order ship?
We'll get your stuff packed up and out the door within 2-5 business days after you place your order. Heads up: during busy times (like when everyone suddenly decides they need new pickleball shirts at once), it might take a smidge longer.
When will my order arrive?
Once it ships, your order usually arrives in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live.

Is my payment secure?
100%. We use secure, encrypted checkout because we're not about to let the internet gremlins get your info. Your credit card details are locked down tighter than your grip on your paddle during match point.
What if my order is delayed?
Real talk: delivery times are estimates. Sometimes carriers have a rough day, Mother Nature throws a tantrum, or Mercury goes into retrograde (kidding... mostly). We can't control those things, but we'll do our best to keep you updated if anything weird happens.
Returns
What's your return policy?
We've got your back! We offer refunds if we sent you the wrong item or if your gear arrived damaged or defective. Just reach out within 30 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.
How do I request a return?
Easy! Just email us at hi@pickleballdesign.co with your order number and a quick note about what happened. We're actual humans who want to help, promise.

Where are you located?
We're a US-based company with our creative operations in North Carolina. Our t-shirts are printed right here in the USA (specifically in Texas and Florida) because we believe in keeping it local.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! For our international pickleball fanatics, we've partnered with printers around the globe so your gear gets to you faster than your opponent's third shot drive. No matter where you're dinking, we've got you covered.

Premium Ring-Spun Cotton
Our solid color tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, which is basically the overachiever of cottons. It's softer, smoother, and tougher than regular cotton. Your skin will thank you.
Light as a feather
At about 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²), this tee is airy and breathable without feeling flimsy. Perfect for those sweaty pickleball sessions.
Modern Classic Fit
